About Me

From battlefield discipline to boardroom strategy, I’ve spent my career turning complex challenges into successful missions.

After 23 years of service in the U.S. Army, leading teams from small squads to multi-site operations, I transitioned into the civilian sector with the same mission focus: deliver results, build resilient teams, and keep the bigger picture in sight. Today, I’m an IT Program Manager and consultant who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and process.

What sets me apart is The Veteran Edge:

  • A proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar federal IT contracts with precision and accountability.

  • A leadership style forged in high-stakes environments, where trust, adaptability, and clear communication aren’t just buzzwords—they’re survival skills.

  • A passion for helping customers and organizations not just meet goals, but exceed them through better systems, sharper execution, and stronger leadership.

I’m currently pursuing my MBA in Leadership, building on decades of experience to refine the skills that matter most: inspiring change, developing future leaders, and driving transformation that lasts.

When I’m not working on defense contracts, you’ll probably find me on my motorcycle, reflecting on strategy and enjoying the open road (because sometimes the best leadership lessons come with the wind in your beard).
